These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chlorineclean.com and related online booking and signing tools operated by Chlorine Clean LLC ("Chlorine Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or booking services through it, you agree to these Terms.
Chlorine Clean provides pool cleaning, openings, closings, maintenance packages, repairs, and related services primarily in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas. Contact: matt@chlorineclean.com · (302) 652-9794.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only — requesting quotes, booking eligible services, reviewing information, and signing agreements we present. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation.
Site content (text, branding, photos, and pricing displays) is owned by Chlorine Clean or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Online prices and package rates are provided for convenience. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, pool size, equipment, access, additional work you request, or other factors we identify before or during service. Estimate requests (for example, pools over our published gallon limit) are not a firm price until we confirm in writing.
Promo codes and limited-time offers are subject to the terms stated when offered and may be modified or withdrawn.
Submitting a booking form requests service for the week or details you select. We may confirm, reschedule, or decline a booking based on capacity, weather, access, or suitability. Exact day/time within a booked week may be confirmed closer to the date.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information and for preparing the property as we instruct (for example, water level, cover clearance, and access).
Seasonal maintenance packages are offered subject to availability and the written seasonal service agreement presented at signup. That agreement (including coverage dates, price, cancellation terms, and scheduling terms) controls for that season once you sign it.
Package marketing on the website describes what is included at a high level. If there is a conflict between marketing copy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about quotes, bookings, service visits, agreements, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to limit marketing messages; we may still send transactional messages needed to perform the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chlorine Clean is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from service, except as stated in a signed service agreement. Our total liability related to website use (separate from a signed service contract) is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us through the site for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Delaware law.
The site relies on third parties (including DocuSign for e-sign, form and CRM tools, email delivery, hosting, and scheduling systems). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of how we operate the site and bookings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, except where a signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Signed seasonal agreements already in effect remain governed by their own terms unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
