3. Electronic signatures (DocuSign)

When you sign a seasonal package agreement on our website, we use DocuSign's eSignature platform to present the document, capture your signature, and produce a signed PDF. Name, email, and related envelope data are processed by DocuSign as needed to complete signing. We receive the completed envelope and signed document and retain them for our records and to send you a copy.

DocuSign's handling of information is also governed by DocuSign's own privacy policy and terms. By signing through our site, you agree to use electronic signatures for that agreement.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the business, under appropriate confidentiality and use limits, including:
